If I could have any pet that I wonted it would be Sam. Sam sleeps, eats, and stays outside. He is untrained and chews up everything. If he was mine I would train him. By time I would be done with him he would be able to sit, roll over, play dead, and wouldn't chew on couches anymore. Sam lives with my boyfriend's grandma. they are trying to get rid of my Sam. I'm not aloud to have him because T.J would kill him and that would make me even more sad. Sam is a good dog but no one took the time to train him. T.J is my boyfriend's dog. They are both good dogs but T.J is a strong dog. I take him on walks, he likes to try and walk me but I'm strong too. I'm going to be so sad when they give Sam up, and I will not be the person getting him. My stupid dog. I will miss my Sam a lot.

I feel for your loss. Training is everything in keeping a pet and your family happy.
I was in the R.O.P program through Butte County studing entery level Veterian Technologist. One part of my internship program was working the with the SPCA up in Paradise and, I can tell you this, if they take the dog in there, and the SPCA can't adopt him out because your family didn't train him to begin with he for sure will be put down and taken to huge facality where they will burn him up and bury his ashes in a huge gravesite with all the animals that people tossed away in Sacramento. That is the reality of not training your pets. 90 percent of all cats will be put to sleep if they are not adopted out. That is the harsh reality of people not taking care of pets of their basic needs which is training. Let them know this before they turn him in to the SPCA. If they can find a suitable home so someone can spend the time with him I am very sure that dog will be a dog that everyone will enjoy. He needs time, and the proper training. Trust me when I tell you this is the real truth of tossing our animals away like garbage. I saw truck loads of animals that people tossed away.
I know you feel powerless in the dog's outcome. Please try to find the dog the right home. Don't let him run away because if the SPCA catch him he will have the same end result. There is only so much money and resources to care for our animals. Is your boyfriend responsiliablity to take care of this animal the right way. If won't spend the time then find someone who can.
Good luck! I say dump the boyfriend too. It is not a good sign that a young man can't take care of his pet. He won't be taking care of you either in the right ways.
